Onyonka: I’ll join Jubilee if Matiang’i asks me to

Kisii Senator Richard Onyonka has said he is ready to join the Jubilee Party if former Interior CS Fred Matiang’i invites him, stressing that his political moves are guided by strategy, not ideology.
