The family of former treasury official Tom Osinde who went missing two weeks ago has positively identified his body that has been lying in the mortuary since Thursday last week. Officers from Kamagambo Police Station retrieved the body from River Kuja in Migori County last week but officials of the Migori County Referral morgue were unaware that the badly mutilated body was Osinde’s. Police say they have also collected crucial evidence that will aid in investigations.
