Over 6,400 learners benefit from a school feeding program in Laikipia

More than six thousand learners in Laikipia County, are set to benefit from a school feeding program aimed at boosting enrolment and academic performance. The initiative comes at a time when persistent drought and hunger have pushed many children out of school. The programme is supported by International Relief for Africa and Kapu Africa, targeting children in arid and semi-arid areas who are most affected by hunger.
