The Principal Administrative Secretary in the office of the President, Arthur Osiya, has called on residents of Busia and neighbouring counties to embrace their cultural identities and pass them on to the next generation. Speaking during the Teso cultural festival, Osiya said such events promote communities and their ways of life and work to build local economies.
