The Director of Press Service at the office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Salim Swaleh and five others have been detained until Tuesday afternoon when the court will rule on custodial orders of 14 days being sought by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations. Milimani Principal Magistrate Ben Mark Ekhubi made the decision following lengthy submissions by the prosecution and defence teams which went beyond 5 p.m.
