Police arrest 214 suspects in an operation in Nairobi

214 people have been arrested and processed, awaiting arraignment in court in an operation seeking to rid the capital city of criminal elements who have been disrupting normalcy. Nairobi Regional Police Commander George Seda says Nairobi is safe, with additional security teams deployed in the Central Business District. He, however, cautioned members of the public against spreading misinformation online about the security situation, urging those with genuine cases to report to the authorities.
