Police seize and defuse explosives in Migori

A multi-agency security team has launched a manhunt for suspects believed to have planted seven pieces of explosive gel explosives and a detonating cord, about two metres long, at the edge of Nyatike Bridge. The explosives were secured and removed by the bomb disposal unit from Migori and have been taken for detailed analysis as investigations continue.
