The high court has ruled that carrying out political campaigns outside the official election period violates fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution. In a judgment rendered today, the court declared that political campaigns conducted outside the legally set election period are unconstitutional. The court has directed the attorney general to draft laws to implement this ruling.
