President Ruto assures UDA & ODM will talk as equals

President William Ruto now says the pre-election talks with the odm party will be an engagement of equal strength between the two parties. Speaking in Siaya County in the company of ODM party leader Dr. Oburu Oginga, President Ruto assured that the outcomes will be a win-win for the two parties.
