President William Ruto is promising to deal decisively with cartels that are crippling the agricultural sector in the country. The president said he was confident his deputy Rigathi Gachagua would sanitize the coffee and tea sector and that Rigathi’s appointment was not meant to antagonize his supporters against him. The president spoke as he attended the interdenominational prayer session at the bomet Green stadium.
