There were no winners and losers in the last general poll President William Ruto has said. The president said that instead of leaders dwelling on who won and lost, all leaders, regardless of their political affiliation, must pull in one direction to ensure service delivery to the people. President Ruto spoke as he opened the second Homabay International investment forum in Homabay County.
