President Ruto pitches Ksh. 5 trillion development plan to diplomats

President William Ruto has urged diplomats and international investors to support the government's 5 trillion shillings development plans. Speaking during the new year diplomatic address, he said the national infrastructure fund and the sovereign wealth fund are a major long-term way of financing major infrastructure projects without raising taxes.
