President William Ruto this afternoon revealed what he meant by a 'broad-based government' incorporating four opposition leaders from the orange democratic movement into his cabinet list. The development flying in the face of spirited denials by ODM party leader Raila Odinga that he was 'desperate' to join government. The list also sees the number of returnees grow from six to ten including an apologetic Kipchumba Murkomen, former AG Justin Muturi and a reassigned Rebecca Miano.
