The late Professor Micere Githae Mugo has been hailed as an innate scholar whose contributions to the world of literature and human rights were immeasurable. In a memorial service held at the Holy Family Basilica in Nairobi, family, friends, scholars and the political class gathered to honor the life and legacy of the late Professor Micere Githae Mugo who died in June after years of battling cancer.
