Prof. Paul Wainaina has been reinstated to his position as Vice Chancellor of Kenyatta University following a High Court ruling that declared his removal from office unlawful. In a judgment delivered on Wednesday, the Employment and Labour Relations Court overturned the actions of the Public Service Commission and the Kenyatta University Council, ordering Prof. Wainaina’s immediate reinstatement.
