Speaking during the 29th annual dinner to award and honor individuals who have exemplified highest standards of professional integrity and service, the PS said all institutions of governance and leadership are expected to serve the country with accountability, transparency and dignity. The dinner award gala was organized by the institute of certificate secretaries of Kenya.
