Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital Development, and Special Programmes, Geoffrey Ruku, has defended fellow cabinet secretaries conducting sensitisation forums across the country to popularise the government agenda. Speaking in Taita Taveta County, CS Ruku said the engagements with communities were part of public participation and not politics. The cabinet secretary simultaneously reaffirmed the government's unwavering commitment to development.
