Former Nairobi Central Divisional Criminal Investigations Officer Tiberius Ekisa has told a court in Nairobi hearing the inquest into the death of Rex Masai that Isaiah Murangiri, a key suspect in the killing, was not under his command on the 20th of June 2024, when Masai was killed. Ekisa denied ordering the shooting of protesters.
