Ruto: All NHIF Bills must be verified

President William Ruto says that there is no turning back in the E-procurement system saying the move is a sure bet in the fight against corruption and wastage of public resources. In what seemed to be a response to the legislators and governors opposed to the mandatory online procurement directive, president Ruto warned those not ready to embrace the system to quit.
