The embattled ICT authority chief executive officer, Stanley Kamanguya, has resigned. Stanley, who only resumed office on Friday through a court order, has written to the ICT cabinet secretary, William Kabogo, to leave office. The CEO has subsequently withdrawn a case challenging his removal from office. In his resignation letter, Stanley thanked the government for the opportunity to serve the nation.
