Serena Hotels Africa CEO Ashish Sharma speaks on Nairobi Serena Hotel expansion
The expansion process of Nairobi Serena Hotel which started in 2017 has been completed. The upgrade which was done through funding from a Sh2 billion loan from French fund Proparco will see the hotel boasts of 199 rooms, refurbished modern banqueting facilities among other amenities, boosting it's ability to host and accommodate more visitors as it competes with rival hotel chain in the city like Vila Rosa Kempinski for customers.
