There were celebrations in Akoko village, Uriri in Migori County after a student passed her Kenya Junior School Education Assessment despite falling sick during the examination period. Rachel Anne from Christ the King Primary and Junior School in Nakuru County, scored 70 points, achieving Exceeding Expectations 1, commonly referred to as EE1, in seven subjects and Exceeding Expectations 2 in two subjects. Rachel, who aspires to become a neurosurgeon, credits her success to hard work, guidance from her parents and teachers, and faith in God.
