The suspect believed to have pulled the trigger in the fatal shooting of Kasipul MP Charles Ong’ondo Were has been arraigned in court. Isaac Kuria will remain in custody for 30 days as detectives intensify investigations into the assassination. Preliminary findings have directly linked Kuria to the firearm used in the assassination, as well as to communications with other suspects already in custody. Authorities say the probe is gaining momentum and they are closing in on another suspect believed to have directly helped Kuria during the murder. And as Ben Kirui reports, police say Kuria is the man who was contracted to kill the MP.
