A 21-year-old in Taita Taveta County has turned to cotton farming in a bid to raise university fees after being forced to defer owing to lack of finances. Paul Rukwaro, who was to join a University in Kiambu and train as a teacher, started farming on the family’s two-acre land to make ends meet.
