Teachers and KUPPET demand autonomy of JSS

The call for autonomy for junior school continues to gain traction with more counties joining in this push that they say will streamline management of education in the country. The teachers now want the government to stick to the 2-6-3-3-3- system as enviosioned under the current CBE system.
