TRANS NZOIA HEALTH CHIEF PLEDGES BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH PROMOTERS

Trans-Nzoia County Chief Officer for Health Judith Barasa has acknowledged challenges facing Community Health Promoters (CHPs) while delivering services to residents and pledged to address the issues to improve their working environment. Barasa said the county government is committed to strengthening community healthcare services by supporting CHPs who play a key role in promoting public health at the grassroots level.
