The second phase of the united democratic Alliance Party-UDA’s grassroots election in all the 40 wards within Homa Bay county is currently underway. The exercise follows grassroots election of party delegates from the region conducted on the 24th of April. Today’s election is meant to elect party officials who will represent all the 40 wards in the eight constituencies of Homa Bay County. 20 delegates who were elected during the grassroots polls last month are participating in today’s polls that will elect a total of 800 delegates from the wards.
