A senior US military official said American forces, alongside Israel, have carried out nearly 2,000 strikes in Iran in less than 100 hours under “Operation Epic Fury.” He said more than 50,000 troops, 200 aircraft and multiple bomber missions are involved, describing it as the largest US military buildup in the Middle East in a generation.
