Voter registration phase ends with high turnout in final push nationwide

Kenyans raced against time Tuesday to register as voters as the enhanced continuous voter registration came to a close. Most counties have reported exceeding over 50% of the targeted voters. Northern counties, however, trail in the number of registered voters despite the deployment of more registration kits to the region.
