Lands Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome now says the ongoing floods situation in the country has become worse, due to failure by urban planners to comply with planning regulations, as stipulated by law. Speaking in nakuru during a stakeholders meeting, aimed at reviewing the national lands policy, wahome called on counties to start implementing urban plans swiftly, accusing them of laxity in enforcing the law.
