The government is collaborating with development partners to cut on non-revenue water and improve connectivity and sanitation across the country. Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Engineer Eric Mugaa says non-revenue water which currently stands at an average of 60 percent remains the biggest impediment to the country’s quest to achieve 100 percent water connectivity by 2030.
