The Kenya Meteorological Department is warning that the temperature in several parts of the country is bound to increase in the coming days. The high temperature being witnessed is attributed to the dominant dry winds commonly known as north easterlies emanating from Arabian Desert. However, nutritionists are urging Kenyans to stay hydrated as the main remedy.
