Westlands Member of Parliament Tim Wanyonyi has faulted Nairobi County leadership for allegedly failing to address rampant corruption at City Hall. The ODM lawmaker says service delivery has been hampered greatly due to the vice even as he called on Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja to slay the dragon of corruption in his governmet. Wanyonyi was speaking in Gigiri when he led the National Government Constituency Development Fund bursary distribution for over 6500 students from his constituency.
