A majority of Kenyans do not enjoy land tenure security despite comprehensive land reforms since the promulgation of the 2010 constitution. This is according to land stakeholders who singled out rampant cases of fraud in the issuance of title deeds and exclusion on the basis of gender as main threats to land ownership rights in the country.
