A ninth woman’s body has been found east of Johannesburg, the latest in two months. She was discovered in Dawn Park, roughly 30km from Kempton Park, where several earlier victims were recovered. Investigators are racing to determine whether they’re dealing with a single serial killer, or several. Amnesty International has called on South African government to criminalise femicide.
