Women under Echo Network Africa condemn Othaya church attack, raise alarm over rising GBV

Women under echo network Africa have decried the worsening state of security in the country and condemn those who are perpetrating the violence. The women singled out the Othaya church attack which they condemned saying places of worship are sacred and must be respected at all times. The women leaders have expressed concern about the increased incidence of violence in general and gender based violence (GBV) in particular. They have also expressed concern about what they term as mishandling of the competence based education.
