Nigeria’s Information minister says his country is ready to supply oil if necessary to help ease tensions in the global economy over the US-Israel war with Iran. Mohammed Idris Malagi was speaking in London during President Bola Tinubu’s state visit to the UK. The BBC’s Victoria Uwonkunda also asked Mr Malagi if the intelligence services had failed in preventing a series of attacks in Maiduguri on Monday, which the government has blamed on Islamist militant group Boko Haram.
