At least 400 youth from Kisumu Central Constituency are set to benefit from a driving school program courtesy of the office of the area member of parliament Joshua Oron.Oron says the program is part of an education and empowerment scheme aimed at bolstering the employment chances of the beneficiaries. More than 2000 youth from the constituency have been earmarked for the program in the next two financial cycles. The legislator is at the same time urging young citizens from Kisumu Central to take advantage of the program to empower themselves economically.
