Zanzibar police investigate death of US influencer Ashly Robinson - BBC Africa

Police in Zanzibar are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of US influencer Ashly Robinson. Robinson, known online as Ashlee Jenae, died whilst on holiday in Tanzania with her fiancé, Joe McCann. Authorities say she is believed to have attempted to take her own life and are awaiting the results of a forensic examination. They are also questioning her partner as a witness. McCann had proposed to her just days before her death.
