Five Kenyans, including two police officers, arrested in Tanzania

Two Kenyan policemen and three civilians, among them Coast Development Authority chairman Mzee Mwinyi Mzee, have been arrested by Tanzanian police. The police officers were leading a mission to effect an arrest across the border.
