COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has been reelected UNOPPOSED as the General Secretary for Kenya Plantation and Agricultural Workers Union for another five-year term. The delegates meeting at the Tom Mboya college in Kisumu also endorsed the veteran labour Unions supremo to contest for the position of Secretary General of the Central Organization of Trade Unions, COTU in August. At the same time, Atwoli has lashed out at the United opposition terminal it a clueless outfit without a clear strategy on who will take over the mantle after the demise of ODM leaders Raila Odinga. Atwoli said most politicians in the outfit were selfseekers without a clear vision of how to play opposition politics. ....
