Patients decry SHA cover limits, forced to pay out of pocket

Patients in need of specialized treatment, such as cancer and chronic illness care, have expressed dissatisfaction with the social health authority (SHA) health insurance services. In Kisii and Nakuru counties, patients have complained about out-of-pocket expenses after exhausting the SHA cover.
