    The 32nd African Organisation for Standardisation (ARSO) General Assembly has opened in Mombasa, Kenya, bringing together delegates from more than 40 African countries to advance the harmonisation of standards and quality systems under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). Held under the theme “Standards Enabling Intra-Africa under AfCFTA – One Certificate Working for You,” the four-day assembly is focusing on removing technical barriers to trade, reducing the cost of doing business and improving the competitiveness of African products.
