Ali Roba seeks clarity on El Niño preparedness

United Democratic Movement party leader Ali Roba is calling on the government to outline its preparedness ahead of the expected El Niño rains. Roba says counties in North Eastern Kenya are among those likely to face significant impact and is seeking clarity on the government’s contingency plans, resources and response measures.
