DCI Grills MCA Ragen on Yala Swamp Demo Plans

In Siaya, Central Alego Ward MCA David Ragen has been grilled by detectives over alleged involvement in planned demonstrations against Lake Agro Limited in Yala Swamp. The MCA spent over an hour at the DCI offices on Monday, following reports that he was mobilising residents to protest at the swamp, which has been the subject of heated land ownership disputes.
