The Elimu Bora Working Group has expressed concerns over the rollout of Grade 10 under the Competency-Based Education. The Group has cautioned that the deepening education crisis, coupled with glaring gaps in infrastructure, teacher readiness, and learning resources, could lock out thousands of learners, especially those from poor backgrounds.
