Emanuel Wamalwa, a 22 years old is said to have left home two years ago to work in Kerugoya, Kirinyaga county, where he allegedly developed mental illness before disappearing. It is after receiving treatment that Emanuel started gaining consciousness two weeks ago and gave his father's contacts.
