GARISSA COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK NEARS COMPLETION AS OFFICIALS SEEK INVESTORS

The Garissa County Aggregation and Industrial Park has reached 90 per cent completion, with officials projecting that the remaining works will be finished within three months. The facility is expected to boost value addition in key sectors such as camel milk, tomatoes, hides and skins and sunflower, helping farmers and pastoralists move from selling raw products to processed goods. Officials are now calling on investors, particularly in agribusiness, to establish enterprises at the park.
