Gathoni Wamuchomba: The President has never given out subsidized fertilizer to coffee farmers. The only subsidized fertilizer that was delivered in some of the factories was adulterated fertilizer whose impact to farmers was very expensive. We have crowded out the business enterprise along the line of fertilizer business
