Kilifi Governor Gideon Maitha Mung’aro has launched modern diagnostic equipment at Malindi Sub County Hospital, including a 64-slice CT scan and digital Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled X-ray machines. The new technology is expected to improve diagnostic services, provide faster and more accurate results, reduce referrals outside Kilifi County, and ease the financial burden on patients and their families.
